Turn scattered corrections into a closeable punch list.

A punch list is useful only when each item has a clear issue, location, priority, owner, status, and evidence standard.

Generate a structured punch list

Paste issues one per line and turn them into a cleaner working list.

A stronger punch item contains

  1. A specific issue, not a vague note.
  2. The area or location.
  3. Priority or impact on closeout.
  4. An accountable owner and due date.
  5. A required proof standard where completion must be verified.
  6. A resolution state that cannot be confused with “someone looked at it.”

Use the list as a closeout control

The purpose is to compress uncertainty: what is still open, who has it, what “fixed” means, and what evidence proves it.

Carry corrections all the way to verified completion
