JobClosure is operated by Rx FPV LLC.
JobClosure collects information needed to operate the service: account identifiers, workspace and job records you submit, proof/evidence you upload, security/audit records, billing state, and limited product-use events used to improve the service.
Launch telemetry does not intentionally store raw IP addresses in product analytics. It may record a random browser identifier, page/event name, coarse device class, referral host, and campaign tags when present.
How information is used
To authenticate users, provide tenant-scoped workspaces, operate proof and closeout workflows, protect the service, troubleshoot failures, measure product use, process subscriptions, and respond to requests.
Sharing
JobClosure does not sell personal information. Service providers may process data only to host, secure, bill, or operate JobClosure. Customer-safe closeout links expose only the fields intentionally selected for that share.
Retention and control
Operational and audit data may be retained for integrity, security, and contractual recordkeeping. Evidence deletion or correction may be governed rather than silently rewriting approved history.
Security
Tenant data uses database row-level security and server-governed privileged transitions. No system is risk-free; current controls and limitations are described on the Security page.
