Early Access Terms

JobClosure is operated by Rx FPV LLC.
JobClosure is currently offered as public early access. Paid subscriptions are recurring monthly subscriptions handled through Stripe. Available plans, prices, and billing status are shown in the product and at Stripe checkout.
Use of the service
Use JobClosure only for lawful business activity and only upload content you are authorized to store and share. Do not probe, abuse, overload, bypass access controls, or use the service to harm others.
Your data
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant JobClosure the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that content to provide the service.
Operational decisions
JobClosure can surface blockers, evidence gaps, and governed workflow states. Users remain responsible for business, safety, legal, compliance, and financial decisions. Early-access outputs should be reviewed before relying on them for consequential action.
No fabricated guarantees
Demo or illustrative material is identified as such. JobClosure does not guarantee a specific recovery amount, margin improvement, compliance result, closeout outcome, or uninterrupted availability.
Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. Active subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through the hosted billing portal when available. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where JobClosure expressly agrees otherwise. Founding beta pricing may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice where required.
Changes and suspension
Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, data, or the service. These terms may be updated as early access develops; material changes will be presented in-product where practical.
